THE NAVEL, the first brain
The technique on the navel refers to that of the Biodynamic Craniosacral, by Matthew Appleton, from which we received the consent to elaborate it and present it from the O.P.H. point of view.
The navel is our center of physical connection with the world, and it is from the navel that we have been nourished by the mother. A journey in the 9 months spent in the mother's womb, a connection with the period in which there was the complete melting with the mother and the moment in which the separation began. Recognizing the influences that occurred in that period helps to let go mental patterns especially in relation to intimacy, nourishment, abundance.
Accessing the memories of the navel means bringing a deep cleansing and healing to the themes of relationship, first of all our relationship with intimacy, with nourishment, with abundance, and with certain ideas we have of ourselves.
It can also be a way of access to the memories of fusion with the whole, which we have experienced in the womb.
By contacting those memories, it will be possible to start a journey in the 9 months spent in the mother's womb, a connection with the period in which there was the fusion with the mother and when the separation began. Recognizing the influences that have occurred and the conditionings learned in that time frame will help you to let go of these mental patterns, understand their dynamics, bring awareness and acceptance and, consequently, clarity and transformation in your life.
